WashMoose ABN 96 392 476 538 ("WashMoose," "we," "our," "us," or "Company") operates the WashMoose mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform") connecting customers with independent car wash service providers throughout Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

By using our Platform, you expressly consent to and agree to be bound by all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease using our Platform and delete the application.

This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
